摘要:文章介紹了一種以AVR單片機為核心設計的汽車底盤自動潤滑系統中的程序控制器。簡要介紹了程控器在汽車自動潤滑系統中的作用;闡述了程控器的工作原理;從單片機的選擇、點火開關、系統壓力等信號的檢測電路及鍵盤與顯示電路等部分進行了硬件電路設計，并根據系統的工作過程給出了軟件的處理流程框圖。該程控器體積小、功能強、成本低。經實際檢驗，能滿足系統要求，具有良好的社會效益和經濟效益。

Abstract:A programmable controler based on AVR MPU as the core for automatic lubrication system of car chassis is presented. The function of suchp rogrammablec ontrolerin a utomaticlu brications ystemi sin troducedb riefly.T heo perationalpr incipleo fth ec ontroler,M PUs election,d esign of hardware, including detection circuits of ignition switch, system pressure, as wel as keyboard and display circuits, etc.，are described. In accordance with the operational procedures, the processing flowchart of software is given. The controler features compact, powerful function and low cost. The experiment proves that the system meets the requirement of the system and ofers excelent social and economic efectiveness.
